Intensive Offline Training (4 Weeks, Bengaluru)

You train in-person at our Bengaluru centre (Whitefield/ITPL area) for one month. No recordings. No self-paced modules. A senior architect from Surge's delivery team trains you directly on one of two tracks — Adobe Experience Cloud or AI & Data Stack. You work on real enterprise scenarios, not textbook exercises.

Communication & Professional Grooming

Technical skills alone don't get offers — how you present yourself does. Every week includes dedicated sessions on spoken English fluency, business communication, email writing, meeting etiquette, and interview body language. By the end, you won't just know the tech — you'll know how to talk about it with confidence.

Profile Building & Job Marketing

We don't hand you a resume template. We build your professional profile from scratch — LinkedIn optimization, a resume engineered for ATS systems, and a portfolio that highlights the project work you did during training. Then we actively market your profile to our hiring network.

Interview Preparation & Placement

Rigorous mock interviews — technical rounds, HR rounds, scenario-based rounds. We prepare you for exactly the kind of questions companies ask for Adobe and AI roles. Then we connect you with companies who are actively hiring for these skills and walk you through the entire interview process.

  • AEP (Adobe Experience Platform)Real-Time Customer Data Platform, XDM schemas, identity resolution, and audience segmentation.

Why Career Surge Exists

Surge Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is an Adobe Experience Cloud consulting firm based in Bengaluru. We've spent years delivering enterprise implementations for global brands — AEM, AEP, AJO, and the full Adobe stack.

Along the way, we noticed something: there are thousands of smart, motivated people in India who can't break into tech — not because they lack potential, but because no one gave them the right training, the right guidance, or the right introduction.
